NHS at the National Hellenic Student Association (NHSA) Conference

On Saturday, March 8th, 2025, National Hellenic Society (NHS) Chair of the Board Lea Soupata and NHS Executive Director Art Dimopoulos joined the NHSA 2025 Spring Convention held in Washington, D.C. to speak about opportunities for young adults through the Heritage Greece Program® and to celebrate the shared commitment to preserving and promoting Hellenic heritage among young Greek Americans.

With attendance from over 25 Heritage Greece® alumni, former participants shared how their journey to Greece through NHS has shaped their identity and strengthened their connection to their roots. Several alumni spoke about the profound impact the program had on their sense of belonging and commitment to giving back to the Hellenic community.

As both organizations look toward future collaborations, the participation of NHS and Heritage Greece® alumni at the NHSA convention exemplifies the enduring strength of Hellenic unity—and the power of investing in the next generation to carry that legacy forward.
